Making quality wine and ice wine with us is easy, fun, and inexpensive.

All you have to do is:

1. Select your favourite wine.?We’ll be glad to offer suggestions!
2. Sprinkle the yeast into the juice mix.
3. Depending on the wine, we will call you in 4 to 8 weeks to make a bottling appointment.
4. Time to bottle!? You may bring in your own bottles or we have bottles for sale.

A kit makes about 30 bottles of wine!

A variety of bottle labels and shrink caps are displayed in the store to 'finish' off your wine.

And remember... Store and ageing your wine appropriately!
