Excellent paired with chocolate or heavy dessert such as decadent triple chocolate fudge cake.

LATE HARVEST RIESLING              

The mature Riesling grapes from Cherry Hill Vineyard in Washington provide the foundation for this Iuscious wine. Our “Flavour Reserve” adds the concentration of tastes and natural sweetness that makes late-picked wines so special. Notes of honey, apple, and apricot dominate the aroma and taste, right through the long, rich finish. Chill lightly and savour the wine on its own or with rich desserts or fruits.

DRY SHERRY                                               

A crisp, full-flavoured, dry sherry with a nutty, dried fruit character. Serve chilled with consommés and full-flavoured cheeses.

A fantastic bubbly made from a blend of quality California grape varietals, Millennium produces an off-dry sparkling wine with a fruity bouquet and taste, and a crisp finish. The colour - a warm, deep gold - matches that of the finest old cuvees. Full bodied and bursting with fruit aromas, this sparkling delight displays a wonderful balance of fruit and acidity - everything you would expect from a fine commercially produced sparkling wine.
